Walk & Talk: Reflection and Connection

Details
Join us for a relaxing Walk & Talk expereince.
We’ll meet at 2:30 PM in front of the Library on Trinity Road, Hurstpierpoint, and set off on a gentle walk through the peaceful surroundings of Hurstpierpoint Meadows.
Together, we’ll engage in meaningful conversations around:
- Where we are in life right now
- How the summer has been for us
- What we hope to experience as we move into autumn
- What we each need at this moment in life
We'll also pause for a simple mindful practice or meditation in the meadows to help us ground, relax, and connect with ourselves and with nature.
In case of rain, we’ll meet at a nearby coffee shop for a warm and cozy reflection.
This is a free, introductory event and will serve as a foundation for future regular gatherings in the village.
Come as you are, curious, open, and ready to connect in a welcoming, relaxed space.
All are welcome!
