Our code of Conduct
Short: Be Excellent to each other.
Long: The Hybrid Virtual Group is committed to ensuring an enjoyable harassment-free online experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
We will not tolerate harassment (in any form) of webinar attendees, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, organizers, or staff. Inappropriate language or imagery of a sexual or divisive nature is prohibited during the webinars and recordings. Members must not partake in any advertising or marketing activities without express permission from the group leadership team. Social engineering activities are forbidden.
Violation of any these rules may result in an expulsion or permanent ban from the Group at the discretion of the Hybrid Group organizers. We reserve the right to amend the Hybrid Group Code of Conduct Policy without notice where we see necessary.
