Creative Writing & Inspiration – Let's get together & write!

If you enjoy creative writing, please join us! We are a group of writers who meet every two weeks to share our passion for writing and creativity.
After introductions and some coffee or tea, we choose writing prompts and write for 30 minutes. Then, we read our work. While sharing is optional, we’d love to hear your creative outputs. We appreciate each other's writing without critique, creating a safe space to write and share inspiration.

Cover charges: The event has a cover charge of INR 200. If you cannot make it, please let us know at least 4 days before the event and we will refund you the entire cover charge. We will contact you via Meet-up Messages to request the cover charges.

Key points & logistics:

1. Who can join: All levels of experience are welcome.
2. Language: Though most of us write in English, pick any language.
3. Prompts: Usually, the organizers bring the prompts. If you have ideas for prompts, let us know and you can bring the prompts the next time.
4. What to bring: Bring a pen and paper/ a laptop. Feel free to purchase coffee, tea or water at the cafe we'll be meeting at. Finally, please bring along curiosity and openness. Our main goal is to enjoy the writing process.

★ PLEASE READ ★
1. RSVPs - Please RSVP responsibly since there are a limited number of places. Only show up if you are on the attendees' list. If you have technical issues signing up, please send us a message to check for a free spot.
2. Waiting list - If on the waiting list, please don't jump the queue. You will be automatically moved up on the list if others cancel. If you know you cannot make it, please change your status to „Will not attend“ to avoid blocking the spot.
3. Cancellations - In case you cannot make it, you can cancel by Thursday before the event. After that, please consider the date set. Cancelling past the deadline twice, especially when there is a wait list or doing so last minute without a communicated reason, is not a nice thing to do and may result in your removal from the group.
4. No-shows: If you RSVP "YES", but don't show up, you will get a polite warning. Repeated no-shows may result in your removal from the group.
