Introductory meet up

Hi All,

A very warm welcome to all of us in the group, we are very delighted to have you all here. We are planning for a Introductory meet and our meet up agenda and pre meet up requirements would be as follows .

Meet up location:

We would need someone to volunteer for deciding on the meet up location with the object to ensure that we can have maximum members available during our introductory meet up , if anyone like to suggest or have identified venue in Hi-tech-city area please let us know. There would not be any charges for the meet up unless we find a venue which is free of cost and convenient to all else there might be a nominal charges

Would request you all to share your contact detail with name and present area , so that we can connect with each of them and will will help us in finalizing the venue which will be comfortable for all of us

Prospective meet up date :

Sunday 19th June 2016 Day time , please suggest timings as per your convenience , date will remain intact

Agenda :

1. To have introduction about each other, likes dislikes , present activities , sharing personal experience, problems and help requirements ( if feel like)

2. To assign 3-4 volunteers for stuffs like maintaining the group coordination, Informing groups about meetup, checking their availability, convince and needs.

3. Suggestions for making the group more interesting and active, majorly for those who are in Hyderabad without their families for work purpose and feel lonely during weekends due to lack of friends and known people around, so we all can provide them a conducive learn and fun environment to them.

4. Listing out all the contact details and creating a watsup group to share all meetup or general up date or any social help as and when in need.

5. Deciding and assigning volunteers for promoting the group
