Sunil has redesigned a game server that was unable to handle 500 simultaneous users to a something that can handle 100,000 users. The talk discusses the architecture and technology choices that ensured scalability of . Technologies used are Python, gevent, Cassandra, redis, haproxy and WebSockets. The talk will touch upon how this architecture also applies to a typical web applications.
