We are excited to invite you to the Hyderabad ServiceNow Community’s first-ever ECO Initiative — the Lake Cleaning Activity on Dec 7th!
This is a proud moment for all of us as we come together not just as technologists, but as responsible citizens contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment.
Let’s make this initiative meaningful, impactful, and memorable. 💙🌍
4:15 PM – 4:30 PM: Arrival at the lake
4:30 PM – 4:50 PM: Lake Awareness Session
4:50 PM – 5:00 PM: Work Distribution
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Removal of plastic waste & weed cleaning
6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Snacks, Surprise Swags & Photo Session
6:30 PM onwards: Dispersal & Thank You Note

🔖 Important Instructions
Please carry your water bottles — water for refilling and washing will be available.
Wear full sleeves if you are mosquito-sensitive.
Please wear sports shoes for safety and comfort.
Carry sunscreen & caps if you are sensitive to the sun.
After the activity, please return gloves & garbage bags for reuse.
Don’t forget to collect your bamboo toothbrush before leaving.
Kindly listen to instructions and avoid disturbing the biodiversity.
Remember: Nature teaches us patience and peace. Feel free to ask any questions during the activity.
