Moonlight walk - £1 -WF10 and LS26 areas (+ Optional drink)

Another of our regular and highly popular moonlight walks (the full moon is actually the night before but it will still appear full). The walk will last between 75 and 90 minutes, and afterwards, for those who want to, we will go for a drink at The Boat.

Meet ready to set off at 7pm at The Boat Inn, Boat Lane, Allerton Bywater, WF10 2BX. There is a large car park there and also quiet roadside parking nearby.

We will walk along the canal, then the river to Bowers Lake, along the new bridge going towards Woodend, then along the lines. Several opportunities to see a big open sky with little light pollution, we may even see some planets as we did last month! The route back can vary a little but due to muddy fields which we will try to avoid as much as possible, but it may still be muddy along the paths, so we highly suggest walking boots for this event! There are also a couple of styles to clime over but the route is *mostly* flat, along fields and paths.

Please also remember if you initially respond RSVP "Going" to switch to "not going" if things change when you know for sure, otherwise the hosts have no idea how many people they are waiting for or even if there is nobody at all going! Thank you for your co-operation.
