The AI Hyperscale Data Centers Community Equity Group advocating for sustainable compute critical computational capacity and data centers grid modernization while safeguarding the economic sovereignty, environmental health, and quality of life of host communities. We hold data centers developers, utilities, and public officials accountable to non-negotiable community equity standards: mandating closed-loop, zero-water cooling; independent behind-the-meter clean power generation; binding ratepayer shields against utility escalation; and direct, wealth-building workforce and dividend agreements for local residents.
