Hello all,

It's time to feel ALIVE again!

3 Mental Health and Fitness Professionals are offering a unique way to get out, experience the elements, work our bodies and calm the Subconscious!

We will meet every Wednesday evening in an open green space (Either Roding Valley or Wanstead Park) and get motivated and fit in the natural elements!

Hypno, HIIT & Yoga is a holistic answer to the daily stresses of life. I guarantee you, one session and you will feel more FOCUSED, MOTIVATED & FRESH, whilst aligning your body and mind.

It is an hour session:

5 mins Group Mediatation/Hypno
20 mins Yoga
20 mins HIIT
5 mins Light Warm Down
10 mins End with Group Mediatation/Hypno

Note: Please bring a hoodie for the Hypno parts of the session.
