Core Transformation Introduction, with Tamara Andreas

http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/c/9/d/8/event_71331672.jpegIf you were not able to participate in the Core Transformation Workshop this weekend, here is your chance to get a taste of what you're missing, and to meet Tamara Andreas: warm, smart, flexible, and a world-class trainer.

Don't miss this -- otherwise you will have to go to Colorado or Japan or Hawaii (all great places -- but Friday she is right here in Rockville). Bring a friend.
