Hypnosis is an incredible tool for attracting abundance in all areas of life, from financial prosperity to emotional well-being and personal growth! These sessions are all about discovering your heart's true desires for abundance, identifying and eliminating limiting beliefs, creating your abundance, and becoming your abundant self!
Before the Session

Define what abundance means to you. Before the session, please write down specific goals related to abundance, like financial achievements, career advancements, material possessions, relationships, fun experiences, etc.

Identify and write down up to 20 limiting beliefs about money and success.

During the Session

You will release these beliefs and replace them with empowering thoughts. This will help you create and install your mindset of abundance.

You will become aware of yourself living in abundance; of yourself in specific scenarios in the future where you will experience success and prosperity. You will find it easy in hypnosis to engage all your senses to create a future self that is vivid and realistic. You will be invited to bring your future thoughts and feelings into your heart where they wil help you embody your new more abundant self.

You may share your expereiences with the group and use the power of the group to help you make your abundance a reality. You may reflect on the session and note any insights or feelings. Plan to take inspired action. Consider journaling about your experience to reinforce the changes.
