A Therapeutic, Meditative Yin class with Hypnotic elements. I suggest wearing yoga clothing. If you have a mat, please bring it (there are a few available to borrow). We have bolsters, blocks, blankets, sandbags, and eye pillows. Check in and coffee is 9am to 9:30am, class begins at 9:30 and ends with Yoga Nidra, healing sound bowls, and optional Reiki with doTERRA essential oils. This is a private residence on a dirt road...you must RSVP and be able to climb one flight of stairs. Class is approx 90 minutes.
