Whether you want to be in your best shape ever, improve your heart and lung function for longevity or preparing for Hyrox race, I get you covered!

This group aim to promote fun, intense 1 on 1 or small group exercise experience such as HIIT , Hyrox specific training and strength training to improve one's mascular , cardiovascular and mental health.

It allows like-minded people to network while sweating and have some good laugh. (Fat will be the only one crying)

Location : Central area
Time :Weekday morning 7 to 9am, Night 6 to 9pm .Occasional Sat mornings
Time and Location (indoor or outdoor) can be discussed if there is a big group request.
