Looking for a low-impact, full-body workout that comes highly recommended by doctors, physical therapists, and fitness professionals?
Then look no further - Nordic Walking is here in Central Park, NYC. This class is the prefect introduction to this well balanced work out.
🏞️While we won’t be covering much terrain (walk distance approx. 1 mile) we will cover a lot of territory in terms of introduction to the equipment and technique, safety, arm coordination and getting the most from your poles.
⛷🚶🏽♀️⛷I will provide a pair of poles (please let me know if you have your own)
REQUIREMENTS:
✅WHAT TO BRING:
👟Dress for running - wear layers and good shoes.
😎 Protection from the elements: hat, gloves, scarf and sunglasses.
💧Consider a small bottle of water.

🎒No bags, purses or backpacks.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand that plans can change. If you register then decide not to attend class, please notify me well ahead of time as I will have a set of poles with me.
