The website says it’s a business casual dress, no gym clothes or swimsuits.

Any last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the event) are considered a no-show. If you have two no-shows you will be removed from the group. A last minute cancellation may not be considered a no-show if you have a reasonable explanation such as illness or emergency.
