✨ Welcome to Ignite Your Dance! ✨
A space for dancers who want to feel stronger, more connected, and free in their movement – both on and off the dance floor.

🌀 In our sessions, we combine Pilates-based training with other movement techniques tailored to dancers’ needs – from strength and stability to mobility and injury prevention.
Expect exercises to support your ankles, knees, hips and spine, improve core strength, posture, balance, and address common muscle imbalances caused by intensive dance practice.

💛 These classes are here to help you move with more ease, confidence and joy – whether you dance professionally or just for the love of it.
