  • 8:30–8:40 – Gentle Start
    Grab coffee, settle in. Optional share: “One win + one priority.”
  • 8:40–9:00 – Planning / Reflection
    Review last week, set your top 1–3 priorities for this week.
  • 9:00–9:30 – Focus / Body-Doubling
    Quiet work time—emails, journaling, admin, creative projects, whatever needs your attention.
  • 9:30–9:40 – Wrap-Up
    Share one action you’re taking today—or just leave proud you showed up.
