🍲🫔🍜[Pflugerville; outdoor] global gluttony! (Salvadoran plates & sandwiches)

We're meeting at a huge "trailer park" with over 20 different food trucks, where we'll try one of the best in the area!

Although this will not be organized as a family-style dinner, people are welcome to order different dishes and share them. I'm familiar with most of the items on their menu and will be glad to offer suggestions.

Expected cost: ~$10 to $20/person

chicken with sliced vegetables (beets, cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes), fresh watercress, and gravy, all stuffed into a French roll--a complete dinner in a sandwich!

carne asada (grilled skirt steak w/grilled scallions & green chile on a bed of savory rice; creamy mashed red beans; chimol--salsa of chopped tomato, pepper, onion, radish)
chuleta de puerco (pork chops)

pasteles de pollo y papas
pollo con tajadas (fried chicken and plantains)

pupusas de loroco (masa cakes stuffed with cheese and green vegetable buds)
