Reflect, Refine, Rise is a small, intentional Sunday morning reset at Radio Coffee in Austin. Before the week begins, we pause long enough to look back with honesty — and step forward with intention.

No performance.
No pressure.
Just clarity.

WHAT THIS WEEKLY IS ABOUT
Most people plan their week by reacting to what’s loud. We start differently. Before choosing priorities, we look back. Not to judge. To gather data.

The weekly reset follows a simple rhythm:

Reflect — Look Back With Compassion
• What actually happened last week?
• Where did I show up as the person I want to become?
• What drained me or pulled me off course?
• What insight am I carrying forward?
This isn’t a report card. It’s awareness.

Re-Align — Look Up Before Planning
• What does Future Me need from this week?
• Where am I overcomplicating things?
• What would make this week feel intentional — even if imperfect?
We look up before we look down.

Rise — Choose With Intention
• One Soul-First commitment (care, grounding, or joy)
• Three meaningful outcomes for the week
• One clear action to begin today
If those move forward, the week counts. Simple. Focused. Enough.
