Yoga Under the Stars in the Sculpture Garden Plaza

Have you ever practiced yoga under the stars near a museum?
Now we have a chance!
Join me for a special evening of Yin Yoga with live music in the Sculpture Garden Plaza next to the Boca Raton Museum of Art, led by Leslie Glickman, owner of Yoga Journey Studio.
Yin Yoga is a slower, deeply relaxing practice focused on releasing tension and allowing the body to unwind. The class will be accompanied by live music and is suitable for all levels. No experience is necessary — just a desire to relax, recharge, and take care of your well-being.
After class, we can linger in the plaza, enjoy the evening atmosphere, and perhaps grab a tea or dessert nearby.
Please remember to bring your yoga mat and water.
