What we’re about
I WRITE is a casual, cosy writing club for anyone who wants to show up and simply... write.
There’s no pressure, no prompts, no expectations—just a quiet space to connect with yourself and your words in a beautiful library in Charlottenburg. Whether you’re journaling, draughting a novel, working on an article, or jotting down random thoughts, you’re welcome here.
Bring your journal, laptop, tablet – whatever you want to work on. The space is yours.

Hi! I’m Anastasia. I started our writing club back in May, hosted weekly at the Heinrich Schulz Library (thanks to them, it’s free every Saturday!). Over time, I’ve been lucky to meet some of the most creative and kind minds in Berlin. Even this Open Mic is not my idea, it was born from the community. This event is an invitation to celebrate your words and the magic that happens when we speak them out loud together.
Looking forward to meeting you all — and hearing your voices.
