Originally slated to be Adda #2, Unapologetic Foods team pivoted to Filipino food in the former Jeepney space, and the accolades are finally rolling in. In Tagalog, the word "Naks" carries the beautiful essence of surprise and admiration, serving as our inspiration to craft gastronomic delights that aim to evoke these heartfelt emotions. Our meals are meticulously prepared to spark joy and wonder with every flavorful bite. Naks by Unapologetic Foods offers a gastronomic tour of the Philippines framed by the personal memories of the restaurant’s chef, Eric Valdez. Chef Eric is crisscrossing Philippines and taking inspirations from locals homes and smaller towns to present a part of the cuisine that is still hidden from many around the world
