The Power of Preference: Understanding problem-solving styles

Details
How do you approach problems? How do others around you? And how can recognising these patterns help your team thrive?
Join us on 18 June at 18:30 at La Fleur en Papier Doré in Brussels for an interactive IAF Belgium workshop with facilitator Luc de Schryver, certified VIEW practitioner.
This session will explore how individual preferences shape the way we respond to change, process information and make decisions. Using the VIEW assessment, we will uncover six key preference types and how they impact group dynamics and outcomes.
In this workshop, you will:
- Discover your own preferences for solving problems and facilitating change
- Learn how to work with different styles in groups
- Receive personalised feedback based on your VIEW profile
- Gain practical tools to enhance collaboration and facilitation
⚠️ Preparatory steps
To get the most out of the session, participants are invited to complete the VIEW questionnaire in advance. It only takes 10 minutes. You will receive a personal link after registration.
Please register by 7 June by sharing your email at this link so we can send you the questionnaire. Your individual feedback will be prepared ahead of time and shared during the session.
This event is hosted by IAF Belgium and open to all facilitators, team leaders and anyone curious about how people think and work differently.
We look forward to seeing you there!
