Vrienden van het faciliteren, friends of facilitating,
IAF-Netherlands is a chapter of IAF-World, under IAF-EME (Europe and Middel East), dedicated to share the power of facilitation both between its members and non-members. So everybody who facilitates groups is welcome at out meetings. We do expect you to subscribe our code of conduct.
IAF-Netherlands is een chapter van IAF-World, onder IAF-EME, toegewijd aan mensen die groepsprocessen begeleiden of evenementen faciliteren. De sessies worden geörganiseerd door IAF Nederland, maar niet leden zijn ook van harte welkom. We verwachten wel, dat je onze gedragscode onderschrijft.
ONZE UITNODIGING / OUR INVITATION
Faciliteren van groepen en processen zal steeds belangrijker worden in onze volatiele, ambigue, complexe en onzekere wereld. Het vraagt van ons om zowel te verbinden - met de mensen - als afstand te houden - van hun inhoud. Facilitators passen een grote diversiteit van methoden, tools en technieken toe. In deze MeetUps beiden we je een platform om je ervaringen te delen en te groeien in te professionaliteit.
Facilitating groups and processes will become more and more important in our Volatile, Ambiguous, Complex and Uncertain world. It requires both connecting (relationships with people) and distancing (from their content). Facilitators apply a variety of methods, tools an techniques to support groups of humans in their situation. In these MeetUps we invite you to share our experiences and to grow in professionalsim.

As an international community operating in The Netherlands, we conduct sessionn in English as well as in Dutch.
