The first part of the book The Power of Facilitation has already addressed these questions beautifully, thanks to our esteemed facilitator and editor, Kimberly Bain.

We warmly invite you to join our first content session on the book to explore what facilitation means to you, what you think the power of facilitation is, why it’s important now, and what journey you’ve embarked on.

This will be an interactive session, which means your experiences, wisdom, and reflections are crucial to our time together.

📖 Downloading the book and reading pages 1-19: The Power of Facilitation
🛜 Joining our session with a stable Wi-Fi connection and a quiet place for sharing and listening.
💡 Remembering that there are no right or wrong answers—your learnings matter to all of us.
🎦 Keeping your cameras on for a “face-to-face” experience.

After this session, we’ll have a mentoring session to share our process design. We’d love to support facilitators in practicing virtual facilitation by leading group learning. Stay tuned!
