Wild & Scenic Film Festival

Sharing as an unhosted event. This film festival will feature a diverse range of short films that highlight nature and the people and organizations working to protect them. The film screenings will be followed by a Q&A with leaders from some of Houston's environmental nonprofits, including Air Alliance Houston, Texas Native Cats and others. This is a great chance to be inspired as well as learn about some of the great organizations in our area and their volunteer opportunities. The event is organized by Citizens Environmental Coalition (www.cechouston.org) which is a great source for information on other outdoor, nature and environmental events. CEC welcomes volunteers or individuals interested in joining their board. Tickets start at $20 and can be purchased at cechouston.org.
