A Special Mother's Day Gift Experience for a GREAT CAUSE!

Hi everyone 💛 we are 2 weeks away and we would like to invite 40 people to join our volunteer to bring something really incredible experience to life for our community.

On Sunday, May 10, we’re hosting the 3rd Annual Mother’s Day Walk & Wellness Celebration — and we need all hands on deck.

This event is about something deeper:
• creating space for mental wellness
• getting families outdoors and connected
• teaching the next generation that wellness, nature, and family matters
• slowing down — not about pace, but about presence and spreading love, joy, and peace
• aiming to creating real, genuine moments to get to know each other on special holidays

## 💛 OUR GOAL

We are working to raise $5,000 for charity
Benefiting:
• Kids Meals – delivers meals to preschool-aged children facing food insecurity

## 🙌 WE HAVE 40 VOLUNTEER SLOTS OPEN TO JOIN THE TEAM In one of more of the following areas

• Event set-up + breakdown
• Guest experience + wellness stations
• Kids activities + family engagement
• Vendor coordination + support
• Photography + video capture + testimonial capture
• Marketing + community outreach

## 🕓 SHIFTS AVAILABLE

• Set-Up Team: 12:00 – 3:30 PM
• Guest Experience Team: 3:30 – 6:30 PM
• Impact Team (photo/video): 4:00 – 6:30 PM
• Breakdown Team: 6:30 – 8:00 PM
