Field Trip to a Flip House!

Do you want to walk through a real-life hoarder house? We don't either!

Instead, let's do a walk-through of a former hoarder house that's being rehabbed back to beautiful!

The house has been cleaned out, is being remodeled and is about 60% finished. Join us to take a look.

We are meeting in Bondurant at the Dollar General.
Due to limited street parking at the flip, we will carpool there from Dollar General.

Directions to Dollar General:
Take 80 East to exit 142 for US-6/ IA 330N/ Marshalltown/ Bondurant
North 3.5 miles all the way past Bondurant (past Casey's, past BP, to the single Dollar General on the east side of the road.

Or, take Hubbell all the way north, and do the same.
