  www.github.com/IBM-Cloud/ibm-cloud-cli-release/releases/
  -Basic knowledge of Node.js
  -Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
  -A workstation running an up-to-date version of Linux®, MacOS, or Windows® with:

-Node.js installed
-Visual Studio Code installed
-Python environment
