By harnessing process mining technologies and concepts IBM helped a client achieve operational excellence in his customer service operations by identifying process impediments, getting the right insights for streamlining operations, and thus enhancing productivity. In this talk we will showcase Process Mining in action and give an outlook on the full capabilities of the technology.
