A virtual safe place for Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Practitioners, and Leaders to practice coaching and mentoring skills.
The Coaching Circles started in 2019 in North America and have expanded to sessions in Europe, Africa, APAC West and APAC East. Each session includes the opportunity to practice coaching skills in pairs or triads in breakout rooms or to remain in the main room and practice coaching skills with the group. In both instances, we share observations and feedback in support of each other. Facilitators of the sessions include Agile Coaches who hold the ICAgile Expert certification in Agile Coaching.
From the beginning, ICAgile has believed that learning should be approached as a journey. This journey isn’t just about gaining knowledge, it’s about building true competencies that can create change and move organizations forward. That is why ICAgile is proudly collaborating with Agile Coaching Circles to provide a space for professionals to build competencies in the discipline of Agile Coaching. These circles are facilitated by professionals who hold the prestigious ICAgile Certified Experts in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) designation, allowing participants to observe and learn the highest quality of agile coaching and mentoring.
