Shamanic Minister and Herbal Alchemist, Hugh T Alkemi will lead a three day training with nightly ceremonies and rituals for health, healing and the invocation of the mystical experience (Earth Based Spirituality/Religion) Hugh will have his partner assist and balance the room and energy as well as other helper guides.

This event will include Hiking with Wild Mushroom Identification and Wild Plant Crafting, Drumming, Dancing, Breathing and Story Telling.

We will be:

• Making Shamanic Masks and Shadow Painting,
• Journeying for our Power Animals,
• Spending time in the water of the local creek as a meditation,
• Consciously Eating and Having Talking Circles (now called "integration")
• Dreaming Discussion, Journaling and Toltec Shamanic Practices for Lucidity.

We will be helping people through the process of taking a sacred series of herbs known to the American people (before Columbus) that offers an opportunity to experience healing and visions.
Our Retreats included prepared healthy food and drinks for everyone (eating only once or twice daily before and/or after ritual).

Hugh and his support team are sober while caring for you.

One Medicine is reserved for the first night small dose, Sacrament with Sound healing and dreaming practices.
Day two will be completely different and unique medicine. Plus a forest hike.
Day Three is a river day of Integration with a little more hearty breakfast and lunch, then another Sacrament at Dusk.
Day Four is a combination of Medicine from previous days.

Retreat Ends Saturday. This is work and transformation not vacation.

Smudge (white sage), Sacred Tobacco and Palo Santo will be used to bless and cleanse the space and each person.

More about Wachuma:
Wachuma is a cactus (Trichocereus Pachanoi), native to the Andes between the deserts to the mountains. The use was reported in the ancient history of the Andes at least over 5,000 years if we count Caral and it is still use in different parts for medicinal reasons or traditional medicine, and in certain places can be grown as an ornamental cactus. It has been used for healing and religious divination in Peru since the last century
In a shamanic action, the spiritual guide may take Wachuma personally or sharing with the ones who by the natural spirit are ready to discover more of their path to their heart. The shamanic ceremony has as aim to facilitate to the participants an easy journey, to make their mind and memories open like a flower, and with the inspiration of its perfume to regain their freedom and wisdom. The ceremony guides people to a contemplative and calm momentum, and invites participants to express through chanting, dancing or meditation the messages and inspiration they receive. Wachuma is a gifted great spirit and master produced by Pachamama to help us to experience ecstasy and communion with all beings.

Cell phone use will be limited during the ceremony so please be willing to set that habit aside. Fasting on liquids or water is encouraged before the ceremony by about 4 hours on day one. Only Liquids for Day two, breaking fast with soup late on Saturday or Sunday (if you wish to be bold) NO Coffee or Caffeine on the days of ceremony.

No sexual activity the days of the retreat and the days before and after.

No excessive sugar or alcohol the WEEK of the ceremony. Eat healthy and fresh foods leading up to the event and one to two days after the event.

Avoid watching movies and media two days in advance of the event.
