Holy Hill Segment - Mammoth Hike Challenge

Details
Come join us for a gorgeous fall hike on the Holy Hill Segment of the Ice Age Trail! Located in the Kettle Moraine, the Holy Hill Segment loops around the historic and scenic Holy Hill, which is known for its stunning basilica and panoramic views. This segment is approximately 6.9 miles and is considered a moderate to challenging hike due to its hilly terrain and varying conditions. Hikers can expect a mixture of wooded areas, prairies, and some steep climbs. The trail also features glacial formations such as kames and kettles. The Holy Hill segment of the Ice Age Trail is a beautiful destination for hikers looking to experience Wisconsin's natural beauty and geological history, especially during the fall when the maple trees display vibrant colors.
