Hey everyone :) Throw your fears away and together let's plunge into the sea! At the beginning of the workshop we will do some meditation and breathing exercises to warm up. Afterwards we will go in the water together. To train our bodies we will use our own inner warmth and energy to raise our body temperature. You need: - Warm clothes - Towel - Swimwear - Maybe tea or something warm to drink
