18.00.Welcome - Jonny Fry CEO TeamBlockchain will give an update on the latest developments in the Blockchain and Digital-asset sector.

Charlie Kerrigan and Chris Luck who are both partners at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, our hosts for the evening.
Charlie acts on credit finance matters with an emphasis on technology, telecoms and finance.He specialises in digital money, the law of bank payments and blockchain technology and sits on the Bank of England Financial Markets Law Committee on Virtual Currencies.

Chris is involved in the leading Funds and Indirect Real Estate (FIRA) team at CMS and the firm’s Funds Sector advising across all aspects of the funds industry. His main focus is the real assets and financial sectors for UK and International clients as well as M&A and listing REITs. He is also involved in finance and regulatory committees at industry level.

Phil Thompson CTO autoXchange - How Blockchain is to be used by car manufactures, rental firms and leasing companies.
autoXchange will create a single and open network for car buying and selling. It has been created on blockchain technology, to enable near instantaneous transactions, without the need for expensive intermediaries. Dealers will advertise for free and be able to trade, transact, and source cars from anywhere on the blockchain.
AutoXchange allows buyers & sellers to take advantage of frictionless trades by removing all cost barriers and enabling transactions to occur in either local Fiat or any major Crypto through the use of smart contracts inserted directly onto an open blockchain ledger.

Steve Cygnetse CEO Cygnetse. The who will talk about how enterprises and their adoption of blockchain based applications. This will include the barriers that need to be overcome.Steve has spent the majority of his career working within operational change within large banks and brokers, including Credit Suisse, UBS, Instinet and Deutsche Bank. Acting as an internal consultant, troubleshooting areas to improve efficiency and minimise risk. Areas covered include emerging markets, investment banking, custody, fund administration, wealth management, trade finance and corporate banking.
Cygnetise offers firms an online application to create, maintain and distribute Authorised Signatory Lists using a decentralised database. This includes bank mandate management, delegated authorities, incumbency and authorised trader lists.
Cygnetise is one of the few live, blockchain utility applications and has adopted entities across 12 jurisdictions. The company was founded in May 2016, and has been receiving revenue for over a year.

Nicola Dante from SIRIN will be presenting a new mobile phone his company have developed which is a blockchain enabled smartphone with an embedded cold storage wallet.They are aiming to improve the user experience for owners of Digital Assets while not compromising on security as these are seen as significant barriers for mass adoption of Digital Assets.

Ryan Hanley Managing Director Token Market Technologies.Ryan has over 15 years experience in digital advertising, big data and media, leading commercial strategy, partnerships and driving sales across Europe, SE Asia and the US. Most recently working with Experian, he lead the Commercial development of project ‘Ultra’ a more secure, innovative and scalable way in which Experian consumer data was made available to programmatic advertising channels and advertisers.Token Market has assisted 30 blockchain companies to raise over £240m in 2017/2018.
Ryan will discuss the major issues for companies raising growth stage capital, the changing market environment and how Security token offerings could be set to revolutionise this space.
