Colorado RE•CON and Directed IRA close a full day of teaching with an open happy hour, and everyone is welcome whether you sat through the workshop or not.

Friday, September 11, starting at 4:00 PM. 5975 S Quebec St, Suite 275, Centennial. No cost. Registering helps us count chairs and drinks.

WHO IS IN THE ROOM

Colorado investors who spent the day on lending and creative financing inside retirement accounts, plus the three people who taught it. Daniel Tercey and Nate Hare of Directed IRA, and investor Ed Peugh out of the Charlotte metro.

If you have a deal that needs funding, or money sitting in an old retirement account, this is a cheap hour to learn what is possible. Ask the custodian directly. That conversation normally costs a scheduled call and a week of waiting.
