About us
ICT Knowledge Hub is the collective name for a series of interactive theme evenings where we dive into the depths of modern system development together. From Living Documentation to testing, from requirements to Domain-Driven Design: each event offers inspiration, practical experiences and directly applicable tools.
The evenings are meant for professionals who want to learn, reflect and connect, whether you are a developer, analyst, tester, product owner or researcher. Together, we build a community of like-minded people who are curious about better collaboration, smarter approaches and sustainable solutions.
ICT Knowledge Hub is organised by ICT Improve in collaboration with ICT Group. We invite speakers from the field as well as from academia, and offer space to anyone with something valuable to share.
Come and listen, join the discussion, and learn together from each other's practice and perspective.

Working Documentation over Comprehensive Confusion
ICT Automatisering, Professor Doctor Dorgelolaan 30, Eindhoven, NLThe Agile Manifesto famously states “Working Software over Comprehensive Documentation.” Emboldened by a collective aversion to the tedious and bureaucratic ways in which knowledge was often managed before Agile, this line has contributed to the pendulum swinging too far in the opposite direction. We used to write large volumes of easily outdated and/or purposeless documentation, now we simply write none.
## ICT Knowledge Hub: Working Documentation over Comprehensive Confusion
Regardless of how we feel about documentation, proper knowledge management is key to maintain the quality of both our products and our software development process. In reality, knowledge in organizations is often fragmented, outdated, or locked inside people’s heads. The risks are often downplayed until, like the proverbial boiling frog, teams struggle to understand their own products to the point where every change becomes a challenge.
In this Knowledge Hub session, we will put the knowledge back into knowledge worker by exploring why documentation matters, why it so often fails, and how we can do better. Join Johan van Berkel for an interactive session that argues for treating product documentation as an iterative, incremental practice embedded in product development itself - and then examines how it can be kept relevant with minimal maintenance effort by leveraging Living Documentation to its full potential.

## ICT Knowledge Hub
More than just a workshop, this evening is part of our effort to strengthen the LDE community. At ICT Knowledge Hub, we don’t just share knowledge, we co-create it. We encourage open dialogue, mutual learning, and contributions from participants. Whether you’re looking to join the conversation, share your own experiences, or even help organise future sessions — you’re welcome.
