What we’re about
ICT Knowledge Hub is the collective name for a series of interactive theme evenings where we dive into the depths of modern system development together. From Living Documentation to testing, from requirements to Domain-Driven Design: each event offers inspiration, practical experiences and directly applicable tools.
The evenings are meant for professionals who want to learn, reflect and connect, whether you are a developer, analyst, tester, product owner or researcher. Together, we build a community of like-minded people who are curious about better collaboration, smarter approaches and sustainable solutions.
ICT Knowledge Hub is organised by ICT Improve in collaboration with ICT Group. We invite speakers from the field as well as from academia, and offer space to anyone with something valuable to share.
Come and listen, join the discussion, and learn together from each other's practice and perspective.

From Interviews to Requirements via AI
ICT Automatisering, Professor Doctor Dorgelolaan 30, Eindhoven, NLOn 20 January, ICT Improve and Utrecht University invite you to a new edition of the ICT Knowledge Hub, featuring Professor Fabiano Dalpiaz from Utrecht University. In this interactive session, we will explore how AI can assist requirements analysts in transforming stakeholder conversations into well-structured requirements.
## AI as a bridge between stakeholders and requirements
Modern AI tools can already generate summaries, identify key insights, and even propose requirements from interview transcripts. But how well do they really perform compared to humans? Can AI become a trusted partner in requirements engineering?
Join us for an evening of insight, discussion, and experimentation — and see for yourself how far AI can go in understanding human intent.
## From Interviews to Requirements via AI
As requirements analysts, we spend considerable time in conversations with stakeholders, including clients and users. This creates a wealth of knowledge about the project in our minds, part of which is then consolidated into a specification. So, why not generate candidate requirements directly from recordings of our interviews?
The advances in AI make this possible, but to what extent? During this session, you will hear about the latest research in conversational requirements engineering, and you will interact with an AI tool that generates candidate requirements from fragments of elicitation interviews. How will the AI perform — better than yourself, good enough, or well below par? Join the session and find out!
## About the speaker
Fabiano Dalpiaz is Professor of Software Production at Utrecht University and Editor-in-Chief of the Requirements Engineering journal (Springer Nature). His research focuses on the use of AI in requirements engineering and is characterized by frequent collaboration with the software industry.
