Exploring AI Assistance for Software Quality
Details
Interactive workshop and AI Agent demo by Laurens Reulink
The rapid evolution of language models and their integration into our daily work is opening up exciting new opportunities. Especially in the field of software development, AI can play a supportive role. And as we all know, high-quality software development doesn’t stop at building—it also requires thorough testing.
This is where AI brings a lot of value. The latest AI Agents can assist in creating test plans, running complex test cases, and even generating test reports.
Laurens Reulink, Lead Data Scientist at ICT Applied Solutions, will host an interactive workshop on AI & Testing. During this session, we’ll explore how AI can support the writing and execution of tests. You’ll see a live demonstration of an AI Agent designed specifically for testing, and we’ll reflect on the broader implications of this technology. Together, we’ll discuss questions such as: What is AI already good at? What future developments can we expect? And how will these impact our daily work?
But we’ll also turn the tables: how do we test AI applications themselves? With language models being non-deterministic and often unpredictable, the challenge is significant. How can we test these solutions responsibly? And how should we adapt our approaches as models continue to evolve and behave differently over time?

This event is part of "ICT Knowledge Hub"
ICT Knowledge Hub is the collective name for a series of interactive theme evenings where we dive into the depths of modern system development together. From Living Documentation to testing, from requirements to Domain-Driven Design: each event offers inspiration, practical experiences and directly applicable tools.
The evenings are meant for professionals who want to learn, reflect and connect, whether you are a developer, analyst, tester, product owner or researcher. Together, we build a community of like-minded people who are curious about better collaboration, smarter approaches and sustainable solutions.
ICT Knowledge Hub is organised by ICT Improve in collaboration with ICT Group. We invite speakers from the field as well as from academia, and offer space to anyone with something valuable to share.
Come and listen, join the discussion, and learn together from each other's practice and perspective.
