Break groupthink and uncover hidden assumptions

Many problems in software projects don’t start during coding, but much earlier — when requirements and expectations are still vague. Assumptions often remain unspoken, and groups make decisions without seeing all the implications. The result? Misunderstandings, unnecessary costs, and frustration.

On October 15, ICT Netherlands invites you to a fully online Knowledge Hub session with Silvio Cacace, creator and driving force behind TestCompass.

In this session, you will discover the power of early Model Based Testing (eMBT). This approach enables you to ask critical questions early, uncover hidden assumptions, and improve decision-making — before a single line of code is written. You’ll learn how TestCompass supports this process and facilitates effective collaboration between stakeholders.

You will also get a first look at the brand-new AI-Assisted Model Reflection (AAMR) feature. This functionality automatically analyzes models and provides suggestions that broaden your perspective and reveal fresh insights.

📅 Date & time: October 15
💻 Location: fully online

Don’t miss this chance to learn how eMBT and TestCompass can help you improve collaboration, break through groupthink, and set your projects on the right course from the very start!

This event is part of "ICT Knowledge Hub"
ICT Knowledge Hub is the collective name for a series of interactive theme evenings where we dive into the depths of modern system development together. From Living Documentation to testing, from requirements to Domain-Driven Design: each event offers inspiration, practical experiences and directly applicable tools.

The evenings are meant for professionals who want to learn, reflect and connect, whether you are a developer, analyst, tester, product owner or researcher. Together, we build a community of like-minded people who are curious about better collaboration, smarter approaches and sustainable solutions.

ICT Knowledge Hub is organised by ICT Improve in collaboration with ICT Group. We invite speakers from the field as well as from academia, and offer space to anyone with something valuable to share.

Come and listen, join the discussion, and learn together from each other's practice and perspective.
