Required Pre-Trip Meeting: Rapid Lake Trip

This is a mandatory online meeting for everyone planning to attend the Rapid Lake trip. During this meeting, we will:

• Confirm final attendance and create the official trip roster (names and level you are committing to)
• Coordinate transportation plans (self-driving vs. carpooling)
• Remind everyone to print, sign, and bring the required Release of Liability Form (link below)
• Answer any remaining questions about the trip
