Shingle Creek to Hard Guy

We'll start at the Dry Creek Trailhead (off of the Bogus Basin road) pedal up Dry Creek to the intersection with Shingle Creek, along the Ridge Road and then enjoy the long descent of Hard Guy.

With 15 miles and 2800 feet of climbing this is not an easy ride, but the climb is beautiful and has a real backcountry feel. There's significant shade and multiple stream crossings. The first third of Shingle is rolling as it crosses the stream multiple times, the middle third is STEEP but is in full grown pine trees with lots of shade, the last third is much gentler with views of the valley below.
