Sandy Point, Lydle Gulch & Oregon Trail

This is a bit of a gravelish adventure ride with just about every kind of surface. Dirt roads, some single track, bits of pavement and some neighborhood trails. There are some decent views too!

The total distance for the ride is 19 miles with 1800 feet of vertical. Climbs are generally short and not too steep with the exception of the last climb up to Bonneville Point which is short, but loose and steep.

***There is a required 1/2 mile descent on highway 21 with very little shoulder. The speed limit is 45 and traffic is generally light.***

Let's meet Saturday at 9 am in the Idaho Shakespeare festival parking lot. It should be empty and relatively easy to find the group.

After the ride, if folks are interested, Lucky 13 is just down the road. The pizza is "fine" and the beer is cold.
