Every participant is free to suggest the subject of the brainstorming session. Once a topic (the "quest") has been selected, participants take turns around the circle offering possible answers for consideration. The brainstorming session ends with each participant choosing the best insight they discovered in the dialogue, followed by lively conversation among fellow participants and curious observers.
