NOLA IEEE CS Meetup at UNO! Topic: Getting hired as a software engineer

This event will be held in the Engineering Auditorium at the University of New Orleans.

Our agenda for the evening: Josh Rodriguez, software engineer and graduate of UNO’s computer science master’s program, will discuss what he’s learned from his and others’ experiences about what helps you get hired in the industry, how to apply your non-tech experiences to your work when you get the job, as well as open things up to a general Q & A

We will also go over the details of the upcoming IEEE Xtreme 24-hour programming competition on October 22nd, let's get some teams together from UNO!
