Keep in mind that this is all the way down in San Diego. It's a rare opportunity to spend an entire day learning Python for free, though, and worth the drive out.

Our own Audrey Roy Greenfeld will be teaching parts of this full-day workshop. All are welcome, including complete beginners who have never coded.
Schedule:
9:30-10AM: Intros/setup
10AM-12PM: First Part of Workshop (Numbers, strings, variables, booleans, "if statements", lists, loops)
12PM-1PM: Lunch
1PM-4PM: Second Part of Workshop (Functions, modules, sets, dictionaries, list comprehensions, collections, available libraries)

Note: The parking lot is for Pangea cafe customers only. Please park on the streets behind or in front of the Ansir Center, there is plenty of street parking.
