📝Speaker Bio:

Michael Garrity is a Canadian fintech entrepreneur and executive best known as the co-founder and former CEO of Financeit, a point-of-sale financing platform serving sectors such as home improvement and retail. After leading Financeit through a significant growth phase, he transitioned from CEO to Executive Chair of the Board, effective January 1, 2024, continuing to support the company’s strategic direction at the board level.

In addition to his board leadership at Financeit, Garrity is a Venture Partner at Exit North Ventures (often referred to as North Exit Ventures), a Canadian fintech-focused seed fund backed by exited founders.
