- IFL Toronto is an apolitical non-profit organization focused on young leadership development through a unique private masterclass model with 17 years of history.
Our goal is to develop the next generation of Canadian Leaders by educating them in philosophical, economic, social, and political roles based on the values of:
- The Rule of Law
- Individual Freedom
- Free Markets
- Free Speech and
- Respect for Private Property

We are driven by the mission to empower leaders of excellence with the capabilities to build their careers, be protagonistic, and lead entire organizations.
Guided by the conviction that life, liberty, private property, and the rule of law are the pillars of a free, prosperous, and virtuous society, we invigorate a broad network for freedom with a high capacity to influence its environment and positively transform society.
OUR 4 PILLARS:
- Philosophy: Our individual growth is driven by the teachings of important leaders.
- Entrepreneurship: We bring together great entrepreneurs to exchange insights and drive growth.
- Politics: We believe that understanding the impact of politics is essential for shaping strong leaders.
- Economics: We study Austrian Economics and other key concepts that drive national growth.
Who we are looking for?
- Age: Young leaders aged 25–35.
- Values: Young Leaders that share the same values & principles
- Diversity: Open to all cultures and professions (entrepreneurs, lawyers, executives, physicians, managers, etc.).
- Industry: Agnostic.
- No Experience Needed: Learn and discuss leadership & classical liberal concepts. But members should share and believe in same values and principles.
- Toronto-Based: Weekly in-person events in the Toronto area.

About Tasha:
Tasha Kheiriddin is a political opinion leader who has written two bestsellers, Rescuing Canada’s Right and The Right Path. Based in Toronto, she is also the national political columnist for the Postmedia chain of newspapers and a lecturer at McGill’s Max Bell School of Public Policy.With a humanities degree from Brébeuf and a law degree from McGill University, Ms. Kheiriddin practised law in Montreal and worked as legislative assistant for the Attorney General of Ontario. She then hosted and produced news shows for CBC Newsworld, CPAC, CTV News Channel, and Global News Radio, and was a political analyst for Radio-Canada and a member of the editorial board of the National Post. Ms. Kheiriddin has also worked for the Montreal Economic Institute, the Fraser Institute, and the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, and ran her own communications consultancy. In 2016, the Women’s Executive Network named her one of Canada’s “Top 100 Most Powerful Women” in the media and communications sector.
Ms. Kheiriddin has served on numerous boards of directors, including for the Old Port of Montreal Corporation, the Manning Centre for Building Democracy, Apathy is Boring, Resources for Exceptional Children and Youth, and the COVID-19 Social Impacts Network. She currently serves on the boards of directors of Centre Ice Canadians and of 2 Intelligence Company Senate.
