This is a space for exploring, learning, getting advice, and discovering things for yourself. Being authentic and speak for your parts.
You will find a safe space to explore your inner world and live a self-led balanced life, and connect with others who share similar interests.
It is also a place to recharge, to receive instead of always giving in order to prevent burn out. It is designed for professionals who are trained in IFS, or are curious and enthusiastic about the model and different way to live. your life. We will have different meetings with different intentions and audiences, and overall this is meant as an inclusive community.
