* **Lead Your "Inner Team" Meeting:** Use a guided journaling process to listen to your conflicting inner parts (your fear, your ambition, your doubt) with compassion, not conflict.
* **Bridge the Gap (Mind, Body & Soul):** We'll quickly integrate your Soul's core values and your Body's signals with your Mind's new clarity to make a truly aligned choice.
* **Define One Courageous Next Step:** You will leave the session with a clear, self-defined action that your *entire* inner system has agreed to.
