This workshop is an invitation to explore what happens in that space between sensing and acting — and how to take a first step without forcing, rushing, or needing to have it all figured out.

This is a practical, guided workshop focused on the very beginning of action. We’ll explore how readiness actually forms, why waiting often feels safer than moving, and how to take a first step that fits your real capacity — not an idealized version of you.

This workshop is part of the 4-part Inner Flame series. Each workshop explores a different aspect of action, learning, and self-trust. At the same time, every session is fully standalone. You can join this one on its own, or attend multiple sessions in any order.
